分析了当前天津地区规模化奶牛场奶牛蹄病的发生率及种类，以期为该地区制定综合防治措施提供依据。选取2013年8月至2014年11月间天津地区12个规模化奶牛场的4298头荷斯坦奶牛为研究对象，统计奶牛蹄病的发生率，分析其发生特点，结果表明，奶牛蹄病平均发病率为14.55%（217/1491），其中指（趾）间皮肤增殖、蹄底溃疡、白线病和疣性皮炎等发病率高于其他蹄病。

It is analyzed the incidence and types of the cow hoof disease in the large-scale dairy farms in current Tianjin area in order to provide the basis for making out comprehensive prevention measures of the area. 4 298 Holstein cows in 12 large-scale dairy farms were selected for statistical objects from August 2013 to November 2014, and the incidence of the cow hoof disease was calculated and the characteristics were analyzed. The results show that the average incidence of cow hoof disease was 14.55% (217/1 491), and the incidence of the interdigital skin hyperplasia, solar ulceration, white line disease and verrucose dermatitis were much higher than that of other hoof disease.
