目的：缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并2型糖尿病的临床疗效和安全性。方法：选取60例高血压合并2型糖尿病的患者，随机分成两组，缬沙坦组口服缬沙坦80 mg，qd；联合治疗组口服缬沙坦80 mg+氨氯地平5 mg，1次/d。两组治疗8周，监测两组治疗前后血压、空腹血糖、血脂、肝肾功能，即药物不良反应。结果：治疗后两组收缩压、舒张压较治疗前明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；联合治疗组降压疗效优于缬沙坦组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；联合治疗组血压达标率高于缬沙坦组（P＜0.05）。各组均未出现严重不良反应。结论：缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并2型糖尿病效果明显优于单一用药。适合社区临床推广使用。
목적：힐사탄연합안록지평치료고혈압합병2형당뇨병적림상료효화안전성。방법：선취60례고혈압합병2형당뇨병적환자，수궤분성량조，힐사탄조구복힐사탄80 mg，qd；연합치료조구복힐사탄80 mg+안록지평5 mg，1차/d。량조치료8주，감측량조치료전후혈압、공복혈당、혈지、간신공능，즉약물불량반응。결과：치료후량조수축압、서장압교치료전명현하강，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.01）；연합치료조강압료효우우힐사탄조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；연합치료조혈압체표솔고우힐사탄조（P＜0.05）。각조균미출현엄중불량반응。결론：힐사탄연합안록지평치료고혈압합병2형당뇨병효과명현우우단일용약。괄합사구림상추엄사용。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of valsartan and amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes.Methods: 60 patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Valsartan group was given valsartan 80mg,qd;while the treatment group was treated with valsartan 80mg + amlodipine 5mg,qd. after 8 weeks of treatment,the blood pressure,fasting glucose,lipids,liver and kidney function,namely adverse drug reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were monitored.Results:After treatment,systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01);the effect of the treatment group was more effective than that of valsartan group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 );standard blood pressure combination therapy group was higher than in the valsartan group (P<0.05).No severe adverse reactions occurred in any groups.Conclusion:Valsartan combined with Amlodipine has obviously better effect on hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes,which is suitable for community clinical application.
