目的：调查分析神经内科住院患者的医院感染发病的具体情况以及其中的易感染因素，主要为了降低神经内科中医院感染的发生机率，并且提出相关的预防措施。方法：抽取我院2012年4月—2014年4月间在神经内科住院并且发生了医院感染的266例患者进行分析，收集和对比相关的医院感染资料，分析感染发生的具体情况。结果：在我院神经内科医院感染的部位中，下呼吸道占据最大比例，为60.2%，其次是上呼吸道和泌尿道，均为14.3%和14.3%；脑梗死以及脑出血患者在神经内科医院感染中比例较高，分别是74.4%和21.8%。结论：神经内科患者在医院感染发生中占据着很大部分，特别是对于一些高龄患者和一些脑血管患者来说，更加容易引发医院感染，医院需要针对主要的感染发生因素进行分析和综合性的管理，还需要进行重点性的监控，查出病发原因进行综合治理，降低医院神经内科住院患者医院感染的发生率。
目的：調查分析神經內科住院患者的醫院感染髮病的具體情況以及其中的易感染因素，主要為瞭降低神經內科中醫院感染的髮生機率，併且提齣相關的預防措施。方法：抽取我院2012年4月—2014年4月間在神經內科住院併且髮生瞭醫院感染的266例患者進行分析，收集和對比相關的醫院感染資料，分析感染髮生的具體情況。結果：在我院神經內科醫院感染的部位中，下呼吸道佔據最大比例，為60.2%，其次是上呼吸道和泌尿道，均為14.3%和14.3%；腦梗死以及腦齣血患者在神經內科醫院感染中比例較高，分彆是74.4%和21.8%。結論：神經內科患者在醫院感染髮生中佔據著很大部分，特彆是對于一些高齡患者和一些腦血管患者來說，更加容易引髮醫院感染，醫院需要針對主要的感染髮生因素進行分析和綜閤性的管理，還需要進行重點性的鑑控，查齣病髮原因進行綜閤治理，降低醫院神經內科住院患者醫院感染的髮生率。
목적：조사분석신경내과주원환자적의원감염발병적구체정황이급기중적역감염인소，주요위료강저신경내과중의원감염적발생궤솔，병차제출상관적예방조시。방법：추취아원2012년4월—2014년4월간재신경내과주원병차발생료의원감염적266례환자진행분석，수집화대비상관적의원감염자료，분석감염발생적구체정황。결과：재아원신경내과의원감염적부위중，하호흡도점거최대비례，위60.2%，기차시상호흡도화비뇨도，균위14.3%화14.3%；뇌경사이급뇌출혈환자재신경내과의원감염중비례교고，분별시74.4%화21.8%。결론：신경내과환자재의원감염발생중점거착흔대부분，특별시대우일사고령환자화일사뇌혈관환자래설，경가용역인발의원감염，의원수요침대주요적감염발생인소진행분석화종합성적관리，환수요진행중점성적감공，사출병발원인진행종합치리，강저의원신경내과주원환자의원감염적발생솔。
Objective:To investigate the analysis of the specific situation of hospitalized patients with hospital infection in Department of internal medicine and the susceptible factors, mainly in order to reduce the incidence of hospital infection in Department of internal medicine,and put forward the corresponding prevention measures.Methods:Selected in our hospital from 2012 April to 2014 April in Department of internal medicine in hospital and nerve occurred in 266 cases of patients with nosocomial infection were analyzed, data collection and comparison of the relevant hospital infection,the infection situation analysis. Results: The hospital infection in Department of internal medicine in our hospital in the parts of the lower respiratory tract,accounted for the largest proportion,60.2%,followed by the upper respiratory tract and urinary tract,were 14.3% and 14.3%;cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage in patients with neurological department of internal medicine hospital infection in a higher proportion,respectively 74.4% and 21.8%.Conclusion:Patients with neurological department of internal medicine in hospital infection plays a very much,especially for elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease,is more likely to cause infection in hospital, the hospital to meet the needs of the main infection factors analysis and comprehensive management, but also need to monitor the key, find out the cause of disease of governance,reduce the incidence of Hospital Department of internal medicine in hospital patients with hospital infection.
