目的：探讨头孢哌酮及其复方制剂致皮肤不良反应的药物处理方案。方法选取我院临床上报的50例头孢哌酮及其复方制剂致皮肤不良反应报告，对其临床资料进行分析并制定相应的处理方案。结果头孢哌酮纳及其复方制剂致皮肤不良反应主要表现为药疹，且荨麻疹型药疹的病例数为最多。结论在临床上，皮肤及其附属器损害是最常见的药物不良反应，应及时停药并针对性地制定处理方案进行解决，提高患者的生活质量。

목적：탐토두포고동급기복방제제치피부불량반응적약물처리방안。방법선취아원림상상보적50례두포고동급기복방제제치피부불량반응보고，대기림상자료진행분석병제정상응적처리방안。결과두포고동납급기복방제제치피부불량반응주요표현위약진，차담마진형약진적병례수위최다。결론재림상상，피부급기부속기손해시최상견적약물불량반응，응급시정약병침대성지제정처리방안진행해결，제고환자적생활질량。
Objective To explore medication processing scheme of cefoperazone sodium and compound cause untoward reaction of skin. Methods Selected 50 cases reported in our hospital and compound preparation of cefoperazone induced skin adverse reaction reports, analysis of the clinical data and make corresponding treatment plan. Results Adverse reactions induced by cefoperazone sodium and compound preparation of skin mainly manifested as urticaria type drug eruption, and the number of cases is the most. Conclusion In clinical practice, skin and appendages damage is the most common adverse reactions, should be promptly discontinued and to formulate the treatment scheme to solve to improve the quality of life of patients.
