目的：探讨中西医结合法治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法：选取齐齐哈尔市第一医院2013年6月—2014年5月期间因乳腺增生需治疗患者96例，随机分为两组，每组48例，分别予以中西医结合治疗（观察组）和传统西医治疗（对照组），治疗3个月后，比较两组治疗后症状指标和临床效果。结果：观察组疼痛时间短于对照组，乳房肿块小于对照组，治愈率和总有效率高于对照组，以上差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗乳腺增生临床效果好，适合临床推广应用。
목적：탐토중서의결합법치료유선증생적림상료효。방법：선취제제합이시제일의원2013년6월—2014년5월기간인유선증생수치료환자96례，수궤분위량조，매조48례，분별여이중서의결합치료（관찰조）화전통서의치료（대조조），치료3개월후，비교량조치료후증상지표화림상효과。결과：관찰조동통시간단우대조조，유방종괴소우대조조，치유솔화총유효솔고우대조조，이상차이균구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：중서의결합치료유선증생림상효과호，괄합림상추엄응용。
Objective:To study the effect of Chinese medicine and western medicine on treating breast hyperplasia. Method: 98 patients with hyperplasia admitted by the hospital from June 2013 to May 2014 were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group ( given combination therapy) and control group(given western medicine),each group had 48 cases. The treatment cycle was 3 month and index of symptoms and the effect of treatment were compared. Result:The pain time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group. The breast lump of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group.The cure rate and total effective rate of observation group was better than that of the control group. All the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined Chinese medicine and western medicine had good effective on hyperplasia.
