针对六盘水市工业经济增长乏力的问题，采用回归分析法、比较分析法分别获得六盘水市2009~2014年工业增加值对拉动经济增长的影响关系和第二产业各构成与规模工业增加值的变化关系。通过对前者的分析，清晰地表明第二产业在六盘水市经济发展中重要的主导地位，更突显了六盘水市经济发展面临的严峻形势；通过对后者的分析，得到六盘水市第二产业的结构性问题，找出制约六盘水市第二产业升级发展的瓶颈问题。最后提出相应的后续发展对策和建议，以促进六盘水市经济社会持续发展。

Aiming at the slack economic growth of Liu Panshui city, a regression analysis and a comparative analysis are applied to obtain the relationship between industrial added value and the economic growth of Liu Panshui from 2009 to 2014, and the relationship between variation of constitution of the secondary industry and that of the industrial added value relatively. Through the analysis of the former, it is clearly shown that secondary industry plays a key role in the economic development of Liu Panshui, which further reveals the se-vere situation that Liu Panshui economy is facing. Through the analysis of the latter, the fundamental prob-lem of Liu Panshui’s secondary industry and the bottlenecks that prevent Liu Panshui’s secondary industry from upgrading are figured out. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are offered to promote social and economic sustainable development in Liu panshui.
