2型糖尿病的治疗是目前医学界一个棘手的难题，无论西医、中医都不能提供一个有效安全可以治愈本病的方法。本文从《黄帝内经》及清代名医彭子益先生倡导的圆运动等古中医系统理论探讨2型糖尿病的病因病机与治疗，以期寻找到能治愈2型糖尿病的理论与方法。

The treatment of type 2 diabetes is a difficult problem in medical field.Whether western medicine or chinese medicine can not provide a safe and effective way to cure this disease. This article explain the pathogenesis and treatment of type 2 diabetes from the classic theory in “Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor” and ancient Chinese medicine theory of circular motion which was supported by Peng ZiYi,famous doctor in Qing Dynasty,so as to find the theory and method to cure type 2 diabetes mellitus.
