目的：观察替罗非班在老年女性NSTACS的冠脉介入治疗过程中疗效及安全性。方法将107例年龄大于60岁女性NSTACS患者随机分成两组，对照组采用先负荷量治疗再维持量给药，试验组采用仅给予维持量给药治疗。观察两组36 h～30 d期间主要心脏不良事件（MACE）发生情况。结果与对照组相比，试验组PCI术后30 d MACE事件及心功能指标无统计学差异（ P＞0．05），而相关出血并发症发生率降低（ P＜0．01）。结论老年女性ACS患者应用低剂量替罗非班安全有效。
목적：관찰체라비반재노년녀성NSTACS적관맥개입치료과정중료효급안전성。방법장107례년령대우60세녀성NSTACS환자수궤분성량조，대조조채용선부하량치료재유지량급약，시험조채용부급여유지량급약치료。관찰량조36 h～30 d기간주요심장불량사건（MACE）발생정황。결과여대조조상비，시험조PCI술후30 d MACE사건급심공능지표무통계학차이（ P＞0．05），이상관출혈병발증발생솔강저（ P＜0．01）。결론노년녀성ACS환자응용저제량체라비반안전유효。
Objective To observe the effect of tirofiban on coronary artery in elderly women NSTACS in-tervention efficacy and safety of treatment process .Methods 1 0 7 patients aged over 6 0 years old female patients with NSTACS were randomly divided into two groups ,the control group using the load dose at the beginning , then using aequum does maintain therapeutic ,the experimental group was given to the treatment of maintenance dose .To observe major adverse cardiac events (MACE) occurrence during the period of 3 6 h to 3 0 d between the two groups .Results Compared with the control group ,no significant difference between the experimental group PCIafter30 dMACEeventsandcardiacfunctionindexes(P>0 .05)andhemorrhageassociatedwithlow-er incidence of complications(P<0 .01 ) .Conclusion The use of low doses of older women is safe and effective in patients with ACS tirofiban .
