目的:观察盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝骨关节炎(Knee osteoarthritis ,KOA)的疗效及其对血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法:将80例KOA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗,对照组口服美洛昔康治疗,各组均以8周为1个疗程,用ELISA法检测治疗前、后血清IL-1β、MMP-9和TNF-α的水平变化。比较两组治疗前、后膝关节功能LKSS评分、疼痛VAS评分及缓解疼痛时间的变化。结果:盐酸氨基葡萄糖能显著降低KOA患者血清中IL-1β、MMP-9和 TNF-α的水平,优于对照组(P<0.05),膝关节功能LKSS评分较对照组明显提高(P<0.05),疼痛VAS评分及缓解疼痛时间两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸氨基葡萄糖能抑制KOA患者血清IL-1β、MMP-9和 TNF-α的表达,能够改善膝关节功能,达到治疗KOA的作用。

목적:관찰염산안기포도당치료슬골관절염(Knee osteoarthritis ,KOA)적료효급기대혈청백세포개소-1β(IL-1β)、기질금속단백매-9(MMP-9)화종류배사인자-α(TNF-α)적영향。방법:장80례KOA환자수궤분위치료조화대조조,치료조구복염산안기포도당치료,대조조구복미락석강치료,각조균이8주위1개료정,용ELISA법검측치료전、후혈청IL-1β、MMP-9화TNF-α적수평변화。비교량조치료전、후슬관절공능LKSS평분、동통VAS평분급완해동통시간적변화。결과:염산안기포도당능현저강저KOA환자혈청중IL-1β、MMP-9화 TNF-α적수평,우우대조조(P<0.05),슬관절공능LKSS평분교대조조명현제고(P<0.05),동통VAS평분급완해동통시간량조간차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:염산안기포도당능억제KOA환자혈청IL-1β、MMP-9화 TNF-α적표체,능구개선슬관절공능,체도치료KOA적작용。
Objective:Observe the clinical curative effect of glucosamine hydrochloride on knee osteoarthritis (KOA ) and the influence on serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β) ,matrix metalloproteinases-9 (MMP-9) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) .Methods:Divide 80 KOA patients into 2 groups randomly ;the treatment group takes glucosamine hydrochlo-ride orally while the control group takes meloxicam for 8 weeks (one course of treatment) .ELISA method is applied to inspect the change of level of serum IL-1β,MMP-9 and TNF-α before and after treatment .Compare the change of LKSS scores of knee joint function ,pain VAS score and the time of pain relief of two groups before and after the treat-ment .Results:Glucosamine hydrochloride could reduce the level of IL-1β,MMP-9 ,and TNF-αin the serum of KOA pa-tients significantly ,which is better than that of control group (P<0 .05);the knee joint function LKSS score is im-proved compared to the control group (P<0 .05);the difference of pain VAS score and pain relief time of the two groups has no statistical significance (P>0 .05) .Conclusion:Glucosamine hydrochloride can inhibit the expression of IL-1β,MMP-9 and TNF-αand can improve the function of knee joint thus to achieve the effect of treatment of KOA .
