通过对曲柄滑块伺服压力机和伺服电机的工作原理进行分析,对伺服压力机控制系统的软硬件进行了选择和设计,为伺服压力机滑块的精确控制提供了依据。设计了以S3C2440微处理器和FPGA为核心的控制器,构建了Linux+Xenomai的实时操作系统,并采用Qt/Embed-ded开发人机交互界面。控制系统功能完善,操作界面设计人性化。

Based on the analysis of the working principle of crank-slider servo press and servo motor, software and hardware of the control system for servo press are selected and designed, which provide the basis for control ing slider move precisely. The control er composed of S3C2440 microprocessor and FPGA is designed and real-time operating system based on Linux+Xenomai is construc-ted. Then the man-machine interface is designed by Qt/Embedded software. The function of the control system is improved and the interface is of humanized design.
