到目前为止,准确测量高温高湿状态下克劳斯尾气中的SO2浓度依然存在问题。为解决该问题,在高温高湿状态下,构建高精度测量克劳斯尾气中SO2气体浓度监测方法。通过原位粉尘过滤、烟气气化、利用紫外差分光学吸收光谱技术准确测量SO2气体浓度,表征克劳斯尾气状态和特性。系统分析某克劳斯脱硫设备进口、出口和反应器内的SO2浓度,其数值符合脱硫系统的运行规律。解决了高温高湿状态下难以准确测量SO2气体浓度的难题。
到目前為止,準確測量高溫高濕狀態下剋勞斯尾氣中的SO2濃度依然存在問題。為解決該問題,在高溫高濕狀態下,構建高精度測量剋勞斯尾氣中SO2氣體濃度鑑測方法。通過原位粉塵過濾、煙氣氣化、利用紫外差分光學吸收光譜技術準確測量SO2氣體濃度,錶徵剋勞斯尾氣狀態和特性。繫統分析某剋勞斯脫硫設備進口、齣口和反應器內的SO2濃度,其數值符閤脫硫繫統的運行規律。解決瞭高溫高濕狀態下難以準確測量SO2氣體濃度的難題。

Until now,it is still a problem how to accurately measure sulfur dioxide concentration under high temperature and humidity condition in clause tail gas. In order to solve the problem,a new system was constructed here and it gave an accurate result of sulfur dioxide concentration in clause tail gas. The use of in-suit detection device restores the gas to the original state,through the dust filter,clause tail gas gasification and in-situ detection; at the same time applying ultraviolet differential optical absorption spectroscopy ( DOAS) ,the accurate result of SO2 concentration was gotten. This portable analysis sys-tem was used in a clause desulphurization process. The SO2 concentrations before and after the clause desulphurization process equipment were detected,and the results of the inlet and outlet accords with the operating law of desulfurization facilities,well solved the problem of result accuracy of SO2 gas detec-tion under high temperature and humidity condition.
