以AMESim仿真软件为平台,建立了包括发动机、液力变矩器、变速箱和液压泵等轮式装载机整车模型,设置了主要的参数,在AMESim环境下进行了整机的动力性和燃油经济性仿真分析计算,并采用实验的方法对仿真模型进行改进和参数的修正。通过与实验结果的对比分析,表明仿真结果的误差在7%以内,因此形成了一套实用高效的研究装载机动力总成匹配优化的方法。同时,在评价柴油机与液力变矩器共同工作性能方面有指导性的建议,对优化装载机动力匹配,提高装载机的动力性和经济性有着突出的作用。
以AMESim倣真軟件為平檯,建立瞭包括髮動機、液力變矩器、變速箱和液壓泵等輪式裝載機整車模型,設置瞭主要的參數,在AMESim環境下進行瞭整機的動力性和燃油經濟性倣真分析計算,併採用實驗的方法對倣真模型進行改進和參數的脩正。通過與實驗結果的對比分析,錶明倣真結果的誤差在7%以內,因此形成瞭一套實用高效的研究裝載機動力總成匹配優化的方法。同時,在評價柴油機與液力變矩器共同工作性能方麵有指導性的建議,對優化裝載機動力匹配,提高裝載機的動力性和經濟性有著突齣的作用。

Based on the AMESim simulation software, this paper builds the whole vehicle model of the wheel loader, including en-gine ,torque converter, gear box and hydraulic pump. The main parameters are set up. The duration and fuel economy of the ma-chine are simulated by the software of AMESim. And the experimental method is also used in the improvement of the parameters of the simulation model. By comparison with experimental results, the error of simulation results is with in 7%. So it is a set of practical and efficient loader powertrain matching optimization method. At the same time, a suggestion on evaluation of diesel engine and hy-draulic torque converter working performance is offered. This suggestion plays a prominent role in optimization of lader power matc-hing and improvement of the duration and economy of the loader.
