目的：探讨两种维护方法对夹子装置功能的影响。方法：10条新购买的夹子装置编号，1~5号为A组，6~10号为B组，两组使用后均按照《内镜清洗消毒技术操作规范（2004版）》进行超声清洗，A组干燥后用医用润滑液润滑先端部再行压力蒸汽灭菌，B组干燥后行压力蒸汽灭菌，按夹子装置编号累计使用次数、出现故障次数。结果：B组使用过程中功能障碍发生率显著低于A组（P<0.05）。结论：夹子装置清洁干燥后采用高压蒸汽灭菌维护效果较好。

목적：탐토량충유호방법대협자장치공능적영향。방법：10조신구매적협자장치편호，1~5호위A조，6~10호위B조，량조사용후균안조《내경청세소독기술조작규범（2004판）》진행초성청세，A조간조후용의용윤활액윤활선단부재행압력증기멸균，B조간조후행압력증기멸균，안협자장치편호루계사용차수、출현고장차수。결과：B조사용과정중공능장애발생솔현저저우A조（P<0.05）。결론：협자장치청길간조후채용고압증기멸균유호효과교호。
Objective:To investigate the effect of two maintenance methods on the clamp device function. Methods:Ten newly purchased clamp de-vice numbered, 1 to 5 was group A, 6 to 10 was group B, the two groups adopted ultrasonic cleaning after use in accordance with"operation specifi-cation of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection technique (2004 Edition)", group A post-drying with medical lubricant liquid on tip and then with pressure steam sterilization, group B post-drying with pressure steam sterilization, according to the number of clamp device the frequency of use and failure times were calculated. Results:The incidence of dysfunction in group B was significantly lower than that of group A (P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of high pressure steam sterilization after the clamp device cleaning and drying is better.
