目的：观察急诊应用胺碘酮治疗快速型心律失常临床效果。方法选取2014年2月～2015年2月急诊快速型心律失常患者100例，随机分为两组，每组50例。基础组用基础治疗，胺碘酮组在基础治疗基础上辅以胺碘酮治疗，将两组患者治疗一个星期后的疗效及用药不良现象发生情况进行总结。结果胺碘酮组的治疗效果优于基础组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。患者治疗期间用药不良现象发生情况，胺碘酮组和基础组用药不良现象轻微，P＞0.05，差异不具有统计学意义。结论急诊观察应用胺碘酮治疗快速型心律失常临床效果良好，其能够有效改善患者临床表现，同仅实施基础治疗对比能够改善病情，且不会增加用药不良现象，具有可靠性和安全性，可在急诊快速型心律失常患者中实施。
목적：관찰급진응용알전동치료쾌속형심률실상림상효과。방법선취2014년2월～2015년2월급진쾌속형심률실상환자100례，수궤분위량조，매조50례。기출조용기출치료，알전동조재기출치료기출상보이알전동치료，장량조환자치료일개성기후적료효급용약불량현상발생정황진행총결。결과알전동조적치료효과우우기출조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。환자치료기간용약불량현상발생정황，알전동조화기출조용약불량현상경미，P＞0.05，차이불구유통계학의의。결론급진관찰응용알전동치료쾌속형심률실상림상효과량호，기능구유효개선환자림상표현，동부실시기출치료대비능구개선병정，차불회증가용약불량현상，구유가고성화안전성，가재급진쾌속형심률실상환자중실시。
Objective Observation treatment effect on the emergency type rapid arrhythmia in the clinical application of amiodarone. Methods Selected 100 cases with emergency rapid arrhythmia from February 2014 to February 2015, divided into two groups randomly, each group has 50 cases, group treated with foundation, amiodarone group on the basis of foundation treatment with amiodarone treatment, the two groups of patients and curative effect of treatment for a week after summarize adverse phenomenon happened. Results The Amiodarone group treatment effect was better than the base group, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Patients during treatment drug adverse phenomenon happening:amiodarone group and basic medicine mild adverse phenomenon, P>0.05, had no difference statistically significance. Conclusion Emergency observation type rapidarrhythmia in the clinical application of amiodarone treatment effect is good, it can effectively improve patient clinical manifestations, with only the implementation of comparing treatment can signiifcantly improve the illness, and doesn't increase drug adverse phenomenon, has the reliability and safety, can be implement in the emergency type rapid arrhythmia patients.
