目的:观察Toll样受体1、2、3、4在新生儿感染性疾病中的表达情况,探讨它们在新生儿抗感染免疫中的作用。方法收集感染性疾病患儿外周血(感染性疾病包含有败血症、细菌性肺炎、脑膜炎、坏死性小肠结肠炎、尿路感染)和爱婴区健康新生儿对照组外周血。采用RT-PCR法测定TLR 1~4 mRNA转录水平(与hGAPDH拷贝数比较)。结果(1)TLR 1、2、4 mRNA在感染组表达明显增加,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);(2) TLR 3 mRNA在感染组表达较正常对照却明显下调,比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论与TLR 2、TLR 4一样,TLR 1和TLR 3也参与了新生儿感染性疾病的调控,但具体信号传导途径尚需进一步研究。

목적:관찰Toll양수체1、2、3、4재신생인감염성질병중적표체정황,탐토타문재신생인항감염면역중적작용。방법수집감염성질병환인외주혈(감염성질병포함유패혈증、세균성폐염、뇌막염、배사성소장결장염、뇨로감염)화애영구건강신생인대조조외주혈。채용RT-PCR법측정TLR 1~4 mRNA전록수평(여hGAPDH고패수비교)。결과(1)TLR 1、2、4 mRNA재감염조표체명현증가,여대조조비교차이유통계학의의(P﹤0.05);(2) TLR 3 mRNA재감염조표체교정상대조각명현하조,비교차이유통계학의의(P﹤0.05)。결론여TLR 2、TLR 4일양,TLR 1화TLR 3야삼여료신생인감염성질병적조공,단구체신호전도도경상수진일보연구。
Objective To observe the expression of Toll sample receptors 1, 2, 3, 4 in neonatal infectious diseases and to explore their roles in neonatal anti-infectious immunity.Methods The Peripheral Blood (PB) of the infant patients with infectious diseases (infectious diseases include sepsis, bacterial pneumonia, meningitis, necrotizing enterocolitis and urinary tract infection) and the PB of the control group of healthy newborns at the baby loving area had been collected. RT-PCR method had been used to determine the transcriptional level of TLR 1-4 mRNA (compared to hGAPDH copy number).Results (1) The expression of TLR 1, 2, 4 mRNA was significantly increased in the infected group, and was significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.05);(2) The expression of TLR 3 mRNA in the infected group was relatively normal, which however was significantly lowered in the control group. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Just like TLR 2 and TLR 4, TLR 1 and TLR 3 also participate in the regulation and control of neonatal infectious diseases, but the specific signal transduction pathways still need further study.
