目的:观察超声药物透入疗法预防及治疗卡培他滨所致手足综合征(hand foot s yndrom e , H FS)的疗效。方法:选取卡培他滨化疗患者共35例,35例均为经病理学或细胞学确诊的乳腺癌、结肠癌、胃癌患者。随机分为试验组18例和对照组17例。卡培他滨每日量为2500 mg/m2,分2次口服,连用14 d,休息7 d,21 d为1个周期。预防组18例,化疗同时运用超声药物透入仪导入维生素B6注射液,隔日1次。对照组17例,化疗同时给予维生素B6口服至化疗结束。结果:试验组18例患者中3例发生Ⅰ级手足综合征,发生率为16.7%,对照组手足综合征发生率为44.4%,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:超声药物透入疗法可有效防治卡培他滨化疗所致手足综合征。

목적:관찰초성약물투입요법예방급치료잡배타빈소치수족종합정(hand foot s yndrom e , H FS)적료효。방법:선취잡배타빈화료환자공35례,35례균위경병이학혹세포학학진적유선암、결장암、위암환자。수궤분위시험조18례화대조조17례。잡배타빈매일량위2500 mg/m2,분2차구복,련용14 d,휴식7 d,21 d위1개주기。예방조18례,화료동시운용초성약물투입의도입유생소B6주사액,격일1차。대조조17례,화료동시급여유생소B6구복지화료결속。결과:시험조18례환자중3례발생Ⅰ급수족종합정,발생솔위16.7%,대조조수족종합정발생솔위44.4%,량자유현저성차이(P<0.05)。결론:초성약물투입요법가유효방치잡배타빈화료소치수족종합정。
Objective:To investigate the effects of prevention and treatmentof ultrasound therapy drug penetration on capecitabine induced hand-footsyndrome (hand footsyndrome e, HFS) [1] . Methods:35 cases with capecitabine chemotherapy confirmed by pathology or cytology of breastcancer, colon cancer, stomach cancer were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group with 18 cases and a control group with 17 cases. The amountof capecitabine was 2500 mg/m2, twice orally, 14 days continuously, rest7 days, 21 days for a p eriod.18 pa tients in the prevention group were treated with ultrasound dru g pe netration i nstrumenti mported vi tamin B6 i njection, every other day, while 17 cases in the control group were treated with vitamin B6 oral chemotherapy until the end of chemotherapy. Results:3 cases among 18 patients in the experimental group occurredⅠgrade hand-footsyndrome, the rate was 16.7%, while thatin the control group hand-footsyndrome was 44.4%with significantdifference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound drug penetration therapy can effectively control capecitabine chemotherapy induced hand-footsyndrome.
