可重构制造系统( RMS)设施布局问题是一个重要而复杂的研究课题,对制造系统的性能有很大的影响。首先在综合考虑系统复杂性特点的基础上,构建了相应的成本数学模型。然后基于产品种类、生产批量和订货提前期这三个方面的市场需求特征,对RMS布局重构策略进行分析,并构建了仿真框架和仿真流程。最后通过案例分析,验证了该分析方法的可行性和有效性,为RMS布局重构提供了决策依据。

Facility layout problem in Reconfigurable Manufacturing Systems ( RMS) is a vital but complex research issue, and greatly impacts the system performance.Deals with layout problems considers adequately the complex characteristics of the stud-ied manufacturing systems and corresponding costs mathematical model are constructed.The reconfigurability of manufacturing system facilities is also taken into account when formulating the layout design problem.And reconfigurable layout strategies are analyzed based on variations of products,quantity and order lead time,a simulation framework and simulation process are pro-posed.Given the analytical example,the analysis of simulation result is executed and it provides the decision-making evidence for RMS-FL that it verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the analysis.
