目的：结合救治急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者的实践及经验，总结并探讨急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者的救治难点与护理对策。方法：采用回顾性分析我科收治的急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者75例，针对抢救治疗过程中出现的胃管置入困难、洗胃不彻底、观察阿托品化指标不准确以及中间综合征、反跳等现象出现，危及患者生命，给予护理干预，以便更好地观察病情，提高抢救成功率。结果：对急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者，严密观察病情，加强护理，尽早发现并发症，及时采取有效的干预措施，使抢救成功率得到提高。

Objective:To summarize and investigate the difficulties treatmentand nurs ing intervention on s evere acute organophosphorus pesticides poisoning acoording to the clinical practice and experience. Methods:75 cases of pesticide poisoning patients admitted to our de partmentwere retrospectively analyzed. Gastric tube pl acementdifficultfor r escue dur ing the treatment, and ga stric lavage was notc omplete, notaccurate indicators obs erved a tropine and intermediate s yndrome, anti-jumping and o ther ph enomena, threatening the l ives of p atients, given nu rsing intervention in o rder to be tter ob serve the c ondition, improve the s uccess ra te. Results:Severe a cute or ganophosphorus pe sticide po isoning pa tients need to be c losely obs erved and given intensive c are. Early d etection of complications need to be found timely and certain effective interventions need to be taken to improve the success rate.
