为了提高截齿的使用寿命及经济性,借鉴有关经验,在采煤机镐型截齿的基础上提出了一种采用组合形式的新型镐型截齿;通过理论计算初步确定了镐型截齿采用组合式结构时的重要结构参数,加工工艺上拟采用包铸和钎焊相结合的方式进行生产加工;然后在SolidWorks软件中建立三维模型,并应用有限元软件Workbench对改进后的组合式镐型截齿进行不同工况下的静强度分析和疲劳分析。结果表明:新型组合式镐型截齿在不同工况下连接处的应力、应变值较小;组合分段处的疲劳寿命及安全系数较大,疲劳损伤较小,说明在其他部位失效前组合分段处不会发生强度失效,即新型组合式镐型截齿在理论上是可行的。
為瞭提高截齒的使用壽命及經濟性,藉鑒有關經驗,在採煤機鎬型截齒的基礎上提齣瞭一種採用組閤形式的新型鎬型截齒;通過理論計算初步確定瞭鎬型截齒採用組閤式結構時的重要結構參數,加工工藝上擬採用包鑄和釬銲相結閤的方式進行生產加工;然後在SolidWorks軟件中建立三維模型,併應用有限元軟件Workbench對改進後的組閤式鎬型截齒進行不同工況下的靜彊度分析和疲勞分析。結果錶明:新型組閤式鎬型截齒在不同工況下連接處的應力、應變值較小;組閤分段處的疲勞壽命及安全繫數較大,疲勞損傷較小,說明在其他部位失效前組閤分段處不會髮生彊度失效,即新型組閤式鎬型截齒在理論上是可行的。

In order to improve the life and economy of cutters,relevant experience is applied.A new type of the picks-shaped cut-ter which is the kind of combined is designed based on general structure of the pick-shaped cutter.Important structural parameters are used by the theoretical formula of this type of cutter.Processing technology is desided that the combination between pack cast and brazing.Three-dimensional model was created in SolidWorks software.Static strength analysis and fatigue analysis are done under different conditions based on finite element software Workbench.The results show that:the stress and strain value of the connecters in the new cutter is smaller on the different conditions,fatigue life and the safety factor at large segmented cutter,fa-tigue damage is smaller.The failure intensity of the connecters does not occur before the failure intensity of the other parts occurs. That new combined pick-shaped cutter is theoretically feasible.
