以偶氮二异丁氰为引发剂,乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷为主要功能单体,甲基丙烯酸酯为主要原料合成具有自抛光性的有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂,并进而根据配方制成防污涂料.研究分别制成一系列有机硅改性防污涂料,并对其硬度、柔韧性、附着力、抗冲击力等力学性能及耐人工海水性的测试研究.实验确定树脂合成的最佳反应条件为:反应温度85℃,搅拌速率190 r/min,保温3 h.由此树脂制成涂料涂膜的力学性能及耐人工海水性等性能较好,达到实验预期目标.

The self-polish silicone modified acrylic resins were prepared through free radical polymeriza-tion using methylpropiolate as main raw material, triethoxyvinylsilane as main functional monomer and azodiisobutyronitrile as initiator. Then according to the formula, the antifouling paint was made of the modified acrylic resins. The products were researched by the tests of their hardness,flexibility,adhesion, impact resistance and other mechanical properties and resistance to artificial seawater. The experimental re-sults showed that the optimum conditions of the synthesis of the resins were that the temperature of the re-action was 85 ℃,the holding time was 3 hours with the mixing speed of 190 r/min. The antifouling coat-ing was made of the resins which were made in this condition with the formula. The properties of the coat-ing film were up to the expected target.
