和谐从古至今一直是人们所追求的价值理念和社会理想，和谐哲学体现了辩证法的实质，是对立之中的统一，是差异之上的结合，体现了各要素相互包容、协调发展的理想状态。整个人类世界的和谐，可以根据不同要素交往形成三个不同层面的和谐，即生态和谐、社会和谐、概念和谐。中国共产党领导集体在实践中不断形成和发展了丰富的和谐思想。

Harmony has been pursued by the people as the idea of value and ideal society since ancient times. Har-mony is the ideal state of various elements compatible with each other.
