应用相图分析含硼炉渣硼元素的富集路线,并通过实验研究 MgO-B2 O3-SiO2-Al2 O3-CaO渣系中硼元素富集的冷却制度。结果表明:冷却速率及2MgO·SiO2相对2MgO·B2 O3相的析出和长大有明显阻碍作用,硼的提取率随着1500~1200℃温度区间冷却速率的增加而增加。
應用相圖分析含硼爐渣硼元素的富集路線,併通過實驗研究 MgO-B2 O3-SiO2-Al2 O3-CaO渣繫中硼元素富集的冷卻製度。結果錶明:冷卻速率及2MgO·SiO2相對2MgO·B2 O3相的析齣和長大有明顯阻礙作用,硼的提取率隨著1500~1200℃溫度區間冷卻速率的增加而增加。
응용상도분석함붕로사붕원소적부집로선,병통과실험연구 MgO-B2 O3-SiO2-Al2 O3-CaO사계중붕원소부집적냉각제도。결과표명:냉각속솔급2MgO·SiO2상대2MgO·B2 O3상적석출화장대유명현조애작용,붕적제취솔수착1500~1200℃온도구간냉각속솔적증가이증가。
The enrichment route of boron in Boron-containing slag was analyzed by phase diagram. Mo-reover,the cooling mechanism of boron enrichment in MgO-B2 O3-SiO2-Al2 O3-CaO slag was researched by the experiment. It is shown that the cooling rate and 2MgO·SiO2 phase have significant inhibitive effects on the precipitation and increase of 2MgO·B2 O3 phase. Meanwhile,the extraction rate of boron is improved with the increase of cooling rate as temperature ranging from 1 500 ℃ to 1 200 ℃.
