汽车独立悬架的下横臂和横向稳定杆结构尺寸较长,在行驶过程中因受到冲击载荷而容易产生变形,从而影响到悬架的运动特性,最终影响整车的乘坐舒适性。根据某SUV型车,应用有限元软件ANSYS将其前后悬架的下横臂、横向稳定杆柔性化,然后在Adams/Car软件中创建该车的刚体模型和刚柔耦合模型,并分别进行乘坐舒适性分析。结果表明:刚柔耦合模型更能反映出汽车的实际情况,该车乘坐舒适性整体表现良好。
汽車獨立懸架的下橫臂和橫嚮穩定桿結構呎吋較長,在行駛過程中因受到遲擊載荷而容易產生變形,從而影響到懸架的運動特性,最終影響整車的乘坐舒適性。根據某SUV型車,應用有限元軟件ANSYS將其前後懸架的下橫臂、橫嚮穩定桿柔性化,然後在Adams/Car軟件中創建該車的剛體模型和剛柔耦閤模型,併分彆進行乘坐舒適性分析。結果錶明:剛柔耦閤模型更能反映齣汽車的實際情況,該車乘坐舒適性整體錶現良好。

The lower arm of independent suspension and anti-roll bar will be deformed under heavy load,and this could affect the movement of suspension and ultimately affect the ride comfort.According to a SUV car,the lower arm and anti-roll bar are made flexible in the ANSYS software.Rigid and rigid-flexible coupling modes were established based on Adams/Car.Analysis on ride comfort was made at last.The result of simulation tests show that rigid-flexible coupling modeling can show the actual structure of vehicle,and the SUV has good ride comfort performance.
