分别以SBS、EVA、LLDPE、LLDPE/EVA为基体,以聚苯胺/导电炭黑复合粒子为导电填料,采用机械共混法制备钒电池用复合电极板,研究不同基体复合电极板的拉伸性能及其在钒电池电解液中的电化学行为。研究结果表明:以EVA为基体的复合电极板具有较好的电化学活性及耐腐蚀性,更适合应用于钒电池中。
分彆以SBS、EVA、LLDPE、LLDPE/EVA為基體,以聚苯胺/導電炭黑複閤粒子為導電填料,採用機械共混法製備釩電池用複閤電極闆,研究不同基體複閤電極闆的拉伸性能及其在釩電池電解液中的電化學行為。研究結果錶明:以EVA為基體的複閤電極闆具有較好的電化學活性及耐腐蝕性,更適閤應用于釩電池中。

In this paper,the composite electrode plates for vanadium battery were prepared by mechani-cal blending,with SBS,EVA,LLDPE and LLDPE/EVA as the resin matrix respectively and PANI/CB composite particles as the conductive filler. The tensile properties and the electrochemical behavior in the electrolyte of the vanadium battery of the composite electrode plates with different matrix were studied. The experimental results showed that the composite electrode plate with EVA as the resin matrix had excellent electrochemical activity and corrosion resistance,and was more suitable for the vanadium battery.
