对软丁腈N41添加不同用量的硫黄,使其产生不同的交联密度,在此基础上重点研究不同交联密度对软丁腈橡胶N41物理机械性能、压缩生热及动态性能的影响。结果表明:胶料的拉伸强度与交联密度成正比,断裂伸长率则随着硫黄用量增加而降低;胶料的压缩生热随着交联密度的增加而降低;胶料的储能模量随交联密度的增加而增加,损耗因子则随交联密度的增加而减小,并且这两个动态模量对应变、频率和温度等外界环境的依赖性较强。
對軟丁腈N41添加不同用量的硫黃,使其產生不同的交聯密度,在此基礎上重點研究不同交聯密度對軟丁腈橡膠N41物理機械性能、壓縮生熱及動態性能的影響。結果錶明:膠料的拉伸彊度與交聯密度成正比,斷裂伸長率則隨著硫黃用量增加而降低;膠料的壓縮生熱隨著交聯密度的增加而降低;膠料的儲能模量隨交聯密度的增加而增加,損耗因子則隨交聯密度的增加而減小,併且這兩箇動態模量對應變、頻率和溫度等外界環境的依賴性較彊。
대연정정N41첨가불동용량적류황,사기산생불동적교련밀도,재차기출상중점연구불동교련밀도대연정정상효N41물리궤계성능、압축생열급동태성능적영향。결과표명:효료적랍신강도여교련밀도성정비,단렬신장솔칙수착류황용량증가이강저;효료적압축생열수착교련밀도적증가이강저;효료적저능모량수교련밀도적증가이증가,손모인자칙수교련밀도적증가이감소,병차저량개동태모량대응변、빈솔화온도등외계배경적의뢰성교강。
In this paper, soft nitrile rubber N41 added different amounts of sulfur to produce different cross-linking density. Based on this study,we focused on the influence of the different cross-linking densi-ty on the physical and mechanical properties as well as dynamic properties of soft nitrile rubber N41 . The results showed that:the tensile strength of rubber was in direct ratio to cross-linking density,elongation at break decreased with the increase of the amount of sulfur. With the cross-linking density rising,the com-pression heat generating is reduced the storage modulus is increased and the lose factor is reduced. In addi-tion,the dynamic modulus has strong dependence on strain,frequency and temperature.
