测定富硒北五味子中硒的含量,并优化仪器测定条件.以吸光度为评价指标,以氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法为测定手段,采用正交实验方案对富硒北五味子中硒含量测定方法进行条件优选.结果表明:载液质量分数1%,还原剂质量分数1%,原子化温度810℃,载流流速280 mL/min为最佳条件.硒质量浓度在0~40.0μg/L范围内,吸光度与质量浓度具有良好的线性关系,相关系数R=0.999;精密度RSD为1.8%;样品平均回收率为99.6%.该法操作简便、结果准确,可用于测定富硒北五味子中硒的含量.

Determines the selenium content of selenium-enriched fructus Schisandrae chinensi,and opti-mizes the condition of determination. The condition of determination was studied by choosing absorbance as evaluation data,hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry as test means,and using orthogonal experiment scheme is to optimize the conditions on the determination method of selenium content in Fruc-tus schisandrae chinensis. The carrier liquid concentration of 1 %, the concentration of the reducing of 1 % atomization temperature of 810 ℃,and carrier flow rate of 280 mL/min were the best conditions. Selenium concentration in the range of 0~40. 0 μg/L,had a good linear relationship between the absor-bance and the concentration,the correlation coefficient R=0. 999;precision RSD was 1. 8 %;the average recovery was 99. 6 %. The method is simple,accurate,and can be used for the determination of selenium in selenium enriched Schisandra chinensis.
