设计了一款利用高压水射流进行清洗作用的新型洗灌器的行星齿轮复合传动装置,并通过对传动系统运动学的仿真分析,对传动零件的选型、结构参数的确定做了一定的实用分析,可为洗灌器的机械传动装置的深入研究与开发提供参考与借鉴。
設計瞭一款利用高壓水射流進行清洗作用的新型洗灌器的行星齒輪複閤傳動裝置,併通過對傳動繫統運動學的倣真分析,對傳動零件的選型、結構參數的確定做瞭一定的實用分析,可為洗灌器的機械傳動裝置的深入研究與開髮提供參攷與藉鑒。

This paper describes that the high pressure water jet technology for industrial cleaning. The core part of high pressure water jet cleaning device is mechanical transmission part. This paper designs a planetary gear transmission for the new washing fil ing device,and through the simulation analysis of its transmission kinematics,it does some practical analysis of the selection of the transmission parts and determination of the structural parameters, and the information and reference are provided for the deep research and development of the mechanical transmission of the washing fil ing device.
