目的：探讨夏枯草胶囊辅助治疗多发性溃疡型乳腺结核的临床效果。方法选取本院2009年2月~2013年4月收治的40例多发性溃疡型乳腺结核患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各20例。两组均给予抗结核治疗及择期手术，观察组在此基础上给予夏枯草胶囊治疗，连续治疗6个月。比较两组治疗前后的肝功能、血沉水平及治疗后的VAS评分和满意度。结果两组治疗后1、3个月的肝功能水平显著高于治疗前，对照组治疗后6个月的肝功能水平显著高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后1、3、6个月的肝功能水平显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后1、3、6个月的血沉水平显著低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后1、3个月的血沉水平显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗过程中的肝功能损伤所占比例为15.0%，显著低于对照组的45.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的VAS评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度为100.0%，显著高于对照组的80.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论夏枯草胶囊辅助治疗多发性溃疡型乳腺结核效果显著，可有效降低抗结核药物对肝功能的损害，促进病情好转，有效缓解治疗后的疼痛，并对提高临床满意度有着积极作用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiakucao capsule as an adjuvant therapy in the treatment of multiple mammary tuberculosis in ulcerative type. Methods 40 cases with multiple mammary tuberculosis in ulcerative type from February 2009 to April 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,20 cases in each group.Anti-TB treatment and surgery in selective periods were provided in two groups.The observation group was treated with Xiakucao capsule on the basis of the above mentioned therapy,and was added for 6 consecutive months.The level of liver function,erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),the score of VAS and satisfaction degree in two groups before and after treatment was compared respectively. Results The level of liver func-tion after treatment at 1,3 months in two groups was higher than that before treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).The level of liver function after treatment at 6 months in the control group was higher than that before treatment, with significant difference (P<0.05).The level of liver function after treatment at 1,3,6 months in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The level of ESR after treatment at 1,3,6 months in two groups was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).The level of ESR after treatment at 1,3 months in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The proportion of liver function damage in the course of treatment in the observation group was 15.0%,which was lower than 45.0% in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The satisfaction degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of Xiakucao cap-sule as an adjuvant comprehensive therapy in the treatment of multiple mammary tuberculosis in ulcerative type is sig-nificant,which can effectively decrease the liver function damage by anti-TU agents,promote disease condition,alleviate postoperative pain,and play a positive role in improving clinical satisfaction.
