目的：探讨不同药物注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法将240例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为 A、B、C 三组，各80例。 A 组给予玻璃酸钠注射治疗，B 组给予曲安奈德注射治疗，C 组首次给予曲安奈德，以后每周注射玻璃酸钠治疗。三组均治疗15周，观察不同时间膝关节功能评分及不良反应情况。结果治疗前各组间膝关节功能评分差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）；三组治疗5、10、15周时，同期膝关节功能评分差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜0．01）；随着治疗时间延长，三组膝关节功能评分逐渐降低；A、B 组治疗后5、10、15周与 C 组同期比较，C 组膝关节功能评分低于 A、B 组（ P ＜0．05）。三组患者不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）。结论首次给予曲安奈德，后每周注射玻璃酸钠治疗可有效改善膝关节功能评分，且不增加不良反应，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토불동약물주사치료슬관절골성관절염적림상효과。방법장240례슬관절골성관절염환자수궤분위 A、B、C 삼조，각80례。 A 조급여파리산납주사치료，B 조급여곡안내덕주사치료，C 조수차급여곡안내덕，이후매주주사파리산납치료。삼조균치료15주，관찰불동시간슬관절공능평분급불량반응정황。결과치료전각조간슬관절공능평분차이무통계학의의（ P ＞0．05）；삼조치료5、10、15주시，동기슬관절공능평분차이구유통계학의의（ P ＜0．01）；수착치료시간연장，삼조슬관절공능평분축점강저；A、B 조치료후5、10、15주여 C 조동기비교，C 조슬관절공능평분저우 A、B 조（ P ＜0．05）。삼조환자불량반응발생솔비교，차이무통계학의의（ P ＞0．05）。결론수차급여곡안내덕，후매주주사파리산납치료가유효개선슬관절공능평분，차불증가불량반응，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the effects of different drug injections for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Two hundred and forty patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into group A, B and C with 80 cases in each group.Group A was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection, group B was given triamcinolone acetonide injection and group C was given triamcinolone acetonide injection at the first time and then given injection of sodium hyaluronate every week.Three groups were treated for 15 weeks, and knee joint function scores and adverse reactions at different times were observe.Results Before treatment, the knee joint function scores of the three groups showed no statistically significant difference ( P >0.05), but in the 5th, 10th and 15th week, the knee function scores during the same time period showed statistical difference ( P <0.01), and with prolon-ging of the treatment, the scores of the three groups gradually decreased, and in the 5th,10th and 15th week after treatment, the knee joint function scores of group A and B were higher than that of group C ( P <0.05).There were no significant differences in the ad-verse reaction rates in the three groups ( P >0.05).Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide as the initial medication and then sodium hyaluronate injection every week can effectively improve the knee function score without increasing adverse reactions and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
