目的:比较二维和三维两种不同超声模式对先天性心脏病合并感染性心内膜炎患者赘生物检出情况。方法选取确诊的63例先天性心脏病合并感染性心内膜炎患者为研究对象,均分别行二维及三维超声检查,观察赘生物检出情况。结果三维超声对先天性心脏病合并感染性心内膜炎患者赘生物检出率、赘生物个数整体检出率均高于二维超声( P <0.05或 P <0.01);三维超声对肺动脉瓣赘生物检出率及赘生物活动度检出率均高于二维超声( P <0.05或 P <0.01)。结论三维超声对先天性心脏病合并感染性心内膜炎患者赘生物检出率高于二维超声,并可对不同活动度下赘生物的性质进行鉴别。

목적:비교이유화삼유량충불동초성모식대선천성심장병합병감염성심내막염환자췌생물검출정황。방법선취학진적63례선천성심장병합병감염성심내막염환자위연구대상,균분별행이유급삼유초성검사,관찰췌생물검출정황。결과삼유초성대선천성심장병합병감염성심내막염환자췌생물검출솔、췌생물개수정체검출솔균고우이유초성( P <0.05혹 P <0.01);삼유초성대폐동맥판췌생물검출솔급췌생물활동도검출솔균고우이유초성( P <0.05혹 P <0.01)。결론삼유초성대선천성심장병합병감염성심내막염환자췌생물검출솔고우이유초성,병가대불동활동도하췌생물적성질진행감별。
Objective To compare detection of neoplasm with 2D and 3D ultrasonography in patients with congenital heart disease complicated with infective endocarditis using two different two-dimensional and three-dimensional methods of ultrasound.Meth-ods Sixty-three confirmed cases of congenital heart disease complicated with infective endocarditis were chosen as the research objects and two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound were used to detect neoplasm.Results The neoplasm detection rate and number of neoplasm detection of three-dimensional ultrasound were higher than those of the two-dimensional( P <0.05 or P <0.01)and the detection rates of pulmonary artery neoplasms and neoplasm mobility of the three-dimensional ultrasound were higher than those of the two-dimensional ultrasound( P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion The neoplasm detection rate of the three-dimensional ultrasound in patients with congenital heart disease complicated with infective endocarditis is higher than that of two-dimensional ultra-sonography and neoplasms of different mobilities can be differentiated.
