目的：探讨阿托伐他汀钙治疗糖尿病合并冠心病的临床效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法将60例糖尿病合并冠心病患者随机分为两组，各30例。两组均给予常规治疗，在此基础上观察组口服阿托伐他汀钙治疗。两组均治疗3个月，比较血糖控制效果、冠心病治疗效果、心血管事件发生率，采用健康状况调查量表（SF－36）评估生活质量。结果观察组血糖控制良好率及冠心病治疗总有效率均高于对照组（ P ＜0．05）；治疗后，两组生理功能（PF）、躯体疼痛（BP）和生理职能（RP）评分差异均有统计学意义，且观察组高于对照组（ P ＜0．05或 P ＜0．01）；观察组心血管事件发生率低于对照组（ P ＜0．05）。结论阿托伐他汀钙治疗糖尿病合并冠心病效果显著，可有效控制血糖，改善冠心病心绞痛症状，降低心血管事件发生率，提高患者生活质量。
목적：탐토아탁벌타정개치료당뇨병합병관심병적림상효과급대환자생활질량적영향。방법장60례당뇨병합병관심병환자수궤분위량조，각30례。량조균급여상규치료，재차기출상관찰조구복아탁벌타정개치료。량조균치료3개월，비교혈당공제효과、관심병치료효과、심혈관사건발생솔，채용건강상황조사량표（SF－36）평고생활질량。결과관찰조혈당공제량호솔급관심병치료총유효솔균고우대조조（ P ＜0．05）；치료후，량조생리공능（PF）、구체동통（BP）화생리직능（RP）평분차이균유통계학의의，차관찰조고우대조조（ P ＜0．05혹 P ＜0．01）；관찰조심혈관사건발생솔저우대조조（ P ＜0．05）。결론아탁벌타정개치료당뇨병합병관심병효과현저，가유효공제혈당，개선관심병심교통증상，강저심혈관사건발생솔，제고환자생활질량。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease and its impact on the quality of life of the patients.Methods Sixty diabetes mellitus patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the control group ( n =30) and the observation group ( n =30).All the patients were trea-ted with routine therapy.The observation group was given atorvastatin calcium in addition to routine therapy.After the end of 3-month treatment, the effect of glucose control, treatment efficacy of coronary heart disease and cardiovascular incidence rates were compared and health survey scale(SF-36) was used to assess the quality of life.Results The rate of glucose control effect and total treatment ef-ficacy rate of coronary heart disease of the observation group were much better than those of the control group( P <0.05).After treat-ment,scores of PF,BP and RP of the two groups showed significant differences with scores of the observation group being higher than those of the control group ( P <0.05 or P <0.01).Cardiovascular incidence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium can not only improve glucose control effect and treatment effi-cacy of coronary heart disease, but also help to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular diseases and improve the life quality of the pa-tients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.
