目的：探讨慢性左心衰竭患者血浆内脏脂肪素与高敏 C 反应蛋白（hs－CRP）的水平变化。方法选取慢性左心衰竭患者（心力衰竭组）及同期健康体检者（对照组）各60例，分别检测血浆内脏脂肪素、hs－CRP 水平。结果心力衰竭组患者血浆内脏脂肪素低于对照组（ P ＜0．01），hs－CRP 高于对照组（ P ＜0．01）；Ⅲ～Ⅳ级心力衰竭患者血浆内脏脂肪素低于Ⅰ～Ⅱ级患者（ P ＜0．01），hs－CRP 高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ级患者（ P ＜0．01）。结论慢性左心衰竭患者存在血浆内脏脂肪素降低及 hs－CRP 升高，随着病情加重变化更为明显，检测血浆内脏脂肪素与 hs－CRP 可作为评估慢性左心衰竭病情严重程度的辅助指标。
목적：탐토만성좌심쇠갈환자혈장내장지방소여고민 C 반응단백（hs－CRP）적수평변화。방법선취만성좌심쇠갈환자（심력쇠갈조）급동기건강체검자（대조조）각60례，분별검측혈장내장지방소、hs－CRP 수평。결과심력쇠갈조환자혈장내장지방소저우대조조（ P ＜0．01），hs－CRP 고우대조조（ P ＜0．01）；Ⅲ～Ⅳ급심력쇠갈환자혈장내장지방소저우Ⅰ～Ⅱ급환자（ P ＜0．01），hs－CRP 고우Ⅰ～Ⅱ급환자（ P ＜0．01）。결론만성좌심쇠갈환자존재혈장내장지방소강저급 hs－CRP 승고，수착병정가중변화경위명현，검측혈장내장지방소여 hs－CRP 가작위평고만성좌심쇠갈병정엄중정도적보조지표。
Objective To investigate the level of plasma visfatin and high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with chronic left heart failure and.Methods Sixty patients with chronic left heart failure were chosen as heart failure group and sixty healthy controls undergoing physical examination during the same time period as control group.Plasma visfatin and hs-CRP level were detected.Results The plasma visfatin of heart failure group was lower than that of control group ( P <0.01),hs-CRP was higher than that of the control group ( P <0.01); plasma visfatin level in the patients with III-IV level heart failure was significantly lower than that of patients with I-II ( P <0.01),but hs-CRP was higher than that of I-II level patients ( P <0.01).Conclusion The patients of chronic left heart failure may have plasma visfatin decreased and hs-CRP increased, which is aggravated as the condition becomes worse.Detection of plasma visfatin and hs-CRP can be used as auxiliary index of severity in assessment patients with chronic left heart failure.
