目的：探讨甩针挂钩法联合麦粒灸治疗顽固性周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法选取本院2013年2月~2014年10月收治的60例顽固性周围性面瘫患者作为研究对象，随机分为治疗组与对照组，各30例。治疗组采用甩针挂钩法结合麦粒灸治疗，对照组采用传统针刺治疗。比较两组的临床效果及治疗后的H-B功能评分。结果治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4疗程后，治疗组治疗后的H-B功能评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甩针挂钩法结合麦粒灸治疗顽固性周围性面瘫效果显著，既改善了患者面容的美观度，提高了患者的生存质量，又降低了面部后遗症发生率，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토솔침괘구법연합맥립구치료완고성주위성면탄적림상효과。방법선취본원2013년2월~2014년10월수치적60례완고성주위성면탄환자작위연구대상，수궤분위치료조여대조조，각30례。치료조채용솔침괘구법결합맥립구치료，대조조채용전통침자치료。비교량조적림상효과급치료후적H-B공능평분。결과치료조적총유효솔현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。치료4료정후，치료조치료후적H-B공능평분현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론솔침괘구법결합맥립구치료완고성주위성면탄효과현저，기개선료환자면용적미관도，제고료환자적생존질량，우강저료면부후유증발생솔，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of swinging needle hook combed with moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone in the treatment of intractable peripheral facial paralysis. Methods 60 patients with intractable peripheral facial paralysis from February 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital were seleceted and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with swinging needle hook combined with moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone,the control group was treated with traditional acupunctural method.The clinical therapeutic effect and H-B functional score after treatment in two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of H-B function after treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of swinging needle hook combined with moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone in the treatment of intractable peripheral facial paralysis is significant,which not only im-proves the beauty of the patient’s face and quality of life,but also reduces the incidence of facial sequelae,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
