榆林市榆阳区农业发展处于现代农业的初级阶段（起步阶段），应以优质高产高效的产业、农民增收致富的平台、城乡一体发展的纽带为目标，按照园区引领、市场主导、规模经营、服务保障、模式支撑的“五位一体”的途径，以工业化推进农业现代化，着力提升农业综合生产能力，建立优势农业产业基地，建设农业示范园区，推进农业产业化升级，发展生态农业，全面提升现代农业发展水平。
榆林市榆暘區農業髮展處于現代農業的初級階段（起步階段），應以優質高產高效的產業、農民增收緻富的平檯、城鄉一體髮展的紐帶為目標，按照園區引領、市場主導、規模經營、服務保障、模式支撐的“五位一體”的途徑，以工業化推進農業現代化，著力提升農業綜閤生產能力，建立優勢農業產業基地，建設農業示範園區，推進農業產業化升級，髮展生態農業，全麵提升現代農業髮展水平。
유림시유양구농업발전처우현대농업적초급계단（기보계단），응이우질고산고효적산업、농민증수치부적평태、성향일체발전적뉴대위목표，안조완구인령、시장주도、규모경영、복무보장、모식지탱적“오위일체”적도경，이공업화추진농업현대화，착력제승농업종합생산능력，건립우세농업산업기지，건설농업시범완구，추진농업산업화승급，발전생태농업，전면제승현대농업발전수평。
Developing modern agriculture is a big issue: we can catch a glimpse of it from one county. Yuyang’s agriculture has just started on the whole. Therefore, this district should aim at creating an industry of high quality, high yield and high efficiency, building a platform for farmers to increase their income, and promoting the development of urban and rural integration to set foot on a garden-centered, scale management, service guaranteed and model supported road, to accelerate agriculture modernization by industrialization, to improve comprehensive production, to establish super agricultural and industrial base, to upgrade agriculture industrialization, to build agriculture experimental zones and to develop ecology-friendly agriculture.
