以5年生赤霞珠为试材,在转色前喷施不同质量浓度的 S-诱抗素,研究其对果实品质的影响。结果表明,S-诱抗素处理提高了果实中可溶性总糖、花色苷、单宁和总酚含量,降低了可滴定酸含量。其中,200~400 mg/L的S-诱抗素处理显著提高了果实中可溶性总糖、花色苷、单宁和总酚含量,但对平均单果质量无显著影响。因此,在宁夏酿酒葡萄产区,对转色前葡萄喷施200 mg/L的S-诱抗素不但可以显著提高赤霞珠葡萄的品质,而且可以使葡萄采前充分成熟。

이5년생적하주위시재,재전색전분시불동질량농도적 S-유항소,연구기대과실품질적영향。결과표명,S-유항소처리제고료과실중가용성총당、화색감、단저화총분함량,강저료가적정산함량。기중,200~400 mg/L적S-유항소처리현저제고료과실중가용성총당、화색감、단저화총분함량,단대평균단과질량무현저영향。인차,재저하양주포도산구,대전색전포도분시200 mg/L적S-유항소불단가이현저제고적하주포도적품질,이차가이사포도채전충분성숙。
In order to improved grapevine berry quality, the effects of S-abscisic acid treatment on berry quality were studied by taking 5 year-old“Cabernet sauvignon”as experimental materials, sprayed different concentration of S-abscisic acid before veraison. The main results showed: the contents of total soluble sugar, anthocyanin, tannin and phenols in berry were increased by sprayed S-abscisic acid, the titration acid content decreased. Compared with CK, total soluble sugar content, anthocyanin, tannin and total phenols content in berry were significantly increased by sprayed 200~400 mg/L S-abscisic acid, but there were no significantly differences among different treaments for the average berry weight. So, in Ningxian wine growing regions, sprayed 200 mg/L S-abscisic acid before veraison can significantly improved“Cabernet sauvignon”berry quality and harvest fully mature berry.
