目的：探讨体外循环心脏不停跳在成人房间隔缺损修复中的应用价值。方法选取106例成人房间隔缺损患者，均在浅低温或常温体外循环心脏不停跳下行房间隔缺损修复术治疗，并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者均成功修补，且无一例患者死亡。术后仅1例患者行早期二次止血处理，9例患者出现心律失常现象，3例患者出现切口脂肪液化，1例患者发生心包积液现象。结论在浅低温或常温体外循环心脏不停跳下对成人房间隔缺损患者实施修补治疗效果显著，安全性高。
목적：탐토체외순배심장불정도재성인방간격결손수복중적응용개치。방법선취106례성인방간격결손환자，균재천저온혹상온체외순배심장불정도하행방간격결손수복술치료，병대기림상자료진행회고성분석。결과본조환자균성공수보，차무일례환자사망。술후부1례환자행조기이차지혈처리，9례환자출현심률실상현상，3례환자출현절구지방액화，1례환자발생심포적액현상。결론재천저온혹상온체외순배심장불정도하대성인방간격결손환자실시수보치료효과현저，안전성고。
Objective To explore the effect on extracorporeal circulation heart beating in adult atrial septal defect repair. Methods Selected 106 caseswith atrial septal defect, were in the mild hypothermia or normothermia cardiopulmonary bypass in beating heart repair of atrial septal defect treatment and retrospectively analyzed the clinical data. Results This group of patients were successfully repaired, and none of the patients died. Only 1 cases of patients with postoperative early in the two hemostatic treatment, 9 cases with arrhythmia, 3 cases of patients with incision fat liquefaction, 1 cases of patients with the occurrence of pericardial effusion. Conclusion There has good effect and high safety of extracorporeal circulation heart beating in adult atrial septal defect repair in mild hypothermia or normothermia temperature.
