目的：急性阑尾炎手术过程中造成切口感染的因素和预防措施进行分析。方法采用回顾式分析方式，选择2011年1月～2015年1月来我院进行急性阑尾炎手术的500例患者，将其根据切口是否出现感染分为两个小组，其中发生感染的患者共24例，作为研究组；另外476例患者未发生切口感染情况，作为对比组。对照两组患者病程长短、切口类型、手术时间、切口保护、局部用药、引流管预留等因素，分析影响切口感染的主要因素。结果根据对两组患者相关因素的分析可以看出，患者病程长短、切口类型、手术时间、切口保护、局部用药、引流管预留等都能够对切口感染发生率造成影响，需要医护人员进行重点注意。结论在对于急性阑尾炎患者进行手术的过程中一定要注意各类危险因素，在围手术期间合理使用抗生素、熟练掌握手术技巧，避免发生切口感染的情况。
목적：급성란미염수술과정중조성절구감염적인소화예방조시진행분석。방법채용회고식분석방식，선택2011년1월～2015년1월래아원진행급성란미염수술적500례환자，장기근거절구시부출현감염분위량개소조，기중발생감염적환자공24례，작위연구조；령외476례환자미발생절구감염정황，작위대비조。대조량조환자병정장단、절구류형、수술시간、절구보호、국부용약、인류관예류등인소，분석영향절구감염적주요인소。결과근거대량조환자상관인소적분석가이간출，환자병정장단、절구류형、수술시간、절구보호、국부용약、인류관예류등도능구대절구감염발생솔조성영향，수요의호인원진행중점주의。결론재대우급성란미염환자진행수술적과정중일정요주의각류위험인소，재위수술기간합리사용항생소、숙련장악수술기교，피면발생절구감염적정황。
Objective To analyze acute appendicitis surgical incision infection factors and prevention measures. Methods Selected 500 cases from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital, according to whether patients were incision infection, divide into two groups, 24 infection patients as research group, 476 non-infection patients as control group. Contrast 2 groups’ patients’ length of the course of the disease, types of incision, operation time, incision protection, local administration and reserve factors such as the drainage tube, analyze ditz main factors. Results According to relative factors analysis, patients’ disease time, incision type etc. had a certain incision infection impact and medical stuff needed to be paid attention. Conclusion In the process of acute appendicitis patient’ssurgical operation, risk factors has to be cared, reasonable antibiotics usage and skilled operation may avoid incision infection.
