目的:探讨高通量血液透析对维持性血液透析患者中分子毒素水平与炎症状态的影响。方法选取32例维持性血液透析患者自身对照研究,低通量血液透析转为高通量血液透析3个月。透析前及3个月时采集血样测定尿素氯(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平。结果高通量血液透析治疗前后BUN、Scr相比,P>0.05,差异不具有统计学意义,可降低低通量血液透析患者血量。对比MG和CRP水平,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论高通量透析可以降低维持性血液透析患者血β2-MG水平,改善微炎症状态。

목적:탐토고통량혈액투석대유지성혈액투석환자중분자독소수평여염증상태적영향。방법선취32례유지성혈액투석환자자신대조연구,저통량혈액투석전위고통량혈액투석3개월。투석전급3개월시채집혈양측정뇨소록(BUN)、기항(Scr)、C-반응단백(CRP)、β2-미구단백(β2-MG)수평。결과고통량혈액투석치료전후BUN、Scr상비,P>0.05,차이불구유통계학의의,가강저저통량혈액투석환자혈량。대비MG화CRP수평,P<0.01,차이구유통계학의의。결론고통량투석가이강저유지성혈액투석환자혈β2-MG수평,개선미염증상태。
Objective To explore the effect on high flux hemodialysis in maintenance hemodialysis patients in molecular toxins and inlfammatory status. Methods Selected 32 patients with maintenance hemodialysis self control study, low flux hemodialysis to high flux hemodialysis of three months. And three months before dialysis blood sampling for the determination of urea chloride (BUN), creatinine (Scr), C reactive protein (CRP), a beta 2 microglobulin (beta 2-MG) level. Results High flux hemodialysis compared before and after treatment of BUN, Scr, P>0.05, had no difference statistically significance, can reduce blood gen low flux hemodialysis patients. MG and CRP levels, P<0.01, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion High flux dialysis can reduce maintenance hemodialysis patients blood beta 2-MG level, improve micro inlfammation state.
