基于 IMO 第二代完整稳性草案中瘫船稳性第二层薄弱性衡准的有关内容,探讨了不规则横风横浪作用下瘫船倾覆概率的数值计算方法,开发了瘫船稳性第二层薄弱性衡准评估计算程序,同时对影响倾覆概率的因素进行了研究。计算中假定船舶处于瘫船状态,其横摇运动符合单自由度非线性横摇模型,外力扰动力矩包括风作用和波浪作用两方面。风浪作用均采用力矩谱方式表达,并结合北大西洋波高周期分布散点图设置环境条件,计算给定暴露时间内特定海区的瘫船倾覆概率。

Based on the level 2 vulnerability in IMO second-generation intact stability criteria, an analytical-numerical approach is studied to address the problem of dead ship capsizing probability under the combined action of irregular transverse wind and waves. A computation program is developed to evaluating the dead ship stability under level 2 vulnerability assessment. Some elements affecting the dead ship capsizing possibility are studied. When a ship is in dead state, its roll motion is modeled as a non-linear one-degree-of-freedom system. Applied moments include wind force, wind moment and wave moment. Taking the wave scatter diagram for the North Atlantic into account, the environment conditions can be set up and the dead ship capsize probability can be calculated.
