采用活性炭吸附气体样品中的丙烯酸甲酯,用二硫化碳浸泡解吸30 min 后,取上清液进样,用气相色谱法 FID检测器测定。方法在0.475 mg /L ~38.0 mg /L 范围内线性良好,空白活性炭采样管的3个浓度水平加标回收率为94.7%~98.7%,测定结果的 RSD 为2.7%~4.6%,方法检出限为0.075μg,当采集1.5 L 气体样品时,最低检测质量浓度为0.05 mg /m3。以南京化学工业园区常见的15种化合物做干扰试验,结果方法稳定性好,测定不受干扰。用该方法测定南京市某企业周边环境空气,结果上风向和下风向丙烯酸甲酯均未检出。

A method was established for determination of methyl acrylate in air sample.After absorbed by active carbon,methyl acrylate was desorbed by 1 mL of carbon disulfide in 30 min.Subsequently the supernatant was injected into the gas chromatograph and separated by DB-624 column.External standard curve was used to quantitative analysis.The current method showed good linearity in the concentration range from 0.475 mg /L to 38.0 mg /L.The spiking blank experiments were carried out at low,medium and high levels and it showed that the average recoveries ranged from 94.7% to 98.7%,and the relative standard deviations (RSDs)varied from 2.7% to 4.6%.The method determination limit was calculated to be 0.075 μg,and the lowest detectable con-centration is 0.05 mg /m3 when the sampling volume is 1 .5 L.1 5 kinds of common compounds in Nanjing Chemi-cal Industrial Zone showed no interference with methyl acrylate,such as acetone,iso-propanol,methylene chlo-ride,acrylonitrile,n-hexane,cyclohexane,1 ,2-dichloroethane,benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,xylene,styrene, chlorobenzene,butyl acetate,n-hendecane,et al.Determination of air surrounding environment of an enterprise in Nanjing city with the method,the wind direction and wind to no methacrylate detection.
