采用全自动石墨消解仪代替水浴锅加热王水消解法处理土壤样品,用原子荧光法测定消解液中的砷和汞。该方法在0μg /L ~20.0μg /L 范围内线性良好,测定有证标准土壤样品的结果均在标准值允许范围内,砷、汞测定结果的 RSD分别为2.5%~4.8%、2.9%~5.4%,比王水消解法的测定结果更靠近标准值,实际土壤样品的加标回收率分别为94.6%~104%、92.6%~105%。

Automatic graphite digestion instrument method,instead of aqua regia digestion with water bath heating,was adopted as the pretreatment method for soil samples,then arsenic and mercury in the digestion solu-tion was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.This method had good linearity in the range of 0 μg /L~20.0 μg /L,and the determination results of certified standard soil samples were within the permissible range. RSDs of arsenic and mercury were 2.5% ~4.8% and 2.9% ~5.4%.Also,the determination results of auto-matic graphite digestion method were more close to the standard value than the determination results of aqua regia digestion method.The recovery of arsenic and mercury in the practical soil samples were 94.6% ~1 04% and 92.6% ~1 05%.
