目的：探讨虹膜拉钩联合囊袋张力环(CTR)在晶状体半脱位超声乳化术中的应用效果。方法选取本院2010年1月~2014年1月收治的60例外伤性白内障伴晶状体半脱位患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，各30例。观察组采用虹膜拉钩对囊袋进行固定，植入CTR，随后进行超声乳化以及人工晶体囊袋内植入术，对照组给予常规的白内障超声乳化手术，比较两组的术后视力恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果观察组的视力改善情况显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为26.67%，显著低于对照组的53.3%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虹膜拉钩联合CTR治疗外伤性白内障合并晶状体半脱位效果显著，术后视力可以得到较好恢复，且并发症发生率低，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토홍막랍구연합낭대장력배(CTR)재정상체반탈위초성유화술중적응용효과。방법선취본원2010년1월~2014년1월수치적60예외상성백내장반정상체반탈위환자작위연구대상，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，각30례。관찰조채용홍막랍구대낭대진행고정，식입CTR，수후진행초성유화이급인공정체낭대내식입술，대조조급여상규적백내장초성유화수술，비교량조적술후시력회복정황급병발증발생솔。결과관찰조적시력개선정황현저우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조적병발증발생솔위26.67%，현저저우대조조적53.3%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론홍막랍구연합CTR치료외상성백내장합병정상체반탈위효과현저，술후시력가이득도교호회복，차병발증발생솔저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the application effect of iris hook combined with capsular tension ring (CTR) in crys-talline lens subluxation phacoemulsification. Methods 60 cataract patients with traumatic crystalline lens subluxation from January 2010 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was fixed with iris hook combined with CTR,then pha-coemulsification and artificial crystalline lens intracapsular implantation were applied.The control group was given rou-tine cataract phacoemulsification.The visual recovery condition and the incidence of complication in two groups was compared. Results The visual inprovement condition in the observation group was better than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complication in the observation group was 26.67%,which was lower than 53.3% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of iris hook and CTR in the treatment of cataract with traumatic crystalline lens subluxation is significant,which can get a better recov-ery after the surgery,and the complication is low,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
