目的：探讨开窗引流术治疗口腔颌面囊肿及囊性病变的临床效果。方法选取本院2010年1月~2014年10月收治的78例口腔颌面部囊肿及囊性病变患者作为研究对象，依据手术治疗措施的不同分为对照组(38例)和观察组(40例)。对照组采用传统开放性手术进行治疗，观察组采用开窗引流术进行治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的手术时间、住院时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的术中出血量显著少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的术后感染、面部畸形发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的手术成功率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开窗引流术治疗口腔颌面囊肿及囊性病变效果显著，预后良好，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토개창인류술치료구강합면낭종급낭성병변적림상효과。방법선취본원2010년1월~2014년10월수치적78례구강합면부낭종급낭성병변환자작위연구대상，의거수술치료조시적불동분위대조조(38례)화관찰조(40례)。대조조채용전통개방성수술진행치료，관찰조채용개창인류술진행치료，비교량조적치료효과。결과관찰조적수술시간、주원시간현저단우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조적술중출혈량현저소우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조적술후감염、면부기형발생솔현저저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조적수술성공솔현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론개창인류술치료구강합면낭종급낭성병변효과현저，예후량호，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of open the window drainage in the treatment of oral and maxillofa-cial cyst and cystic lesions. Methods 78 cases with oral and maxillofacial cyst and cystic lesions from January 2010 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group (38 cases) and the observation group (40 cases) by different operation treatment.The control group was treated with open operation,the observation group was treated with open the window drainage,the therapeutic effect in two groups was compared. Results The Operation time, the hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The amount of bleeding during operation in the observation group was less than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence rate of the postoperative infection and facial deformity in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The rate of operation success in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of open the window drainage in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial cysts and cystic lesions is significant,the progno-sis is good,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
