Electricity cut method under hysteroscopy%Curettage surgery%Infertility with endometrial polyps
目的：比较宫腔镜下电切术与刮宫术治疗子宫内膜息肉(EP)不孕症的临床效果。方法选取2012年2月~2013年4月本院收治的80例EP不孕患者作为研究对象，根据各自治疗意愿分为电切术组(n=40)和刮宫术组(n=40)，比较两组住院天数、手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症发生率和复发率、术前及术后第3、6、12个月的月经量。结果电切术组患者术后复发率为7.5%，显著低于刮宫术组的20.0%(P<0.05)；两组患者术前月经量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，电切术组术后第3、6、12个月的月经量显著少于刮宫术组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜下电切术与刮宫术治疗EP不孕症的临床效果差异无统计学意义，但宫腔镜下电切术术后复发率较低，可明显减少术后月经量，值得临床推广应用。

목적：비교궁강경하전절술여괄궁술치료자궁내막식육(EP)불잉증적림상효과。방법선취2012년2월~2013년4월본원수치적80례EP불잉환자작위연구대상，근거각자치료의원분위전절술조(n=40)화괄궁술조(n=40)，비교량조주원천수、수술시간、술중출혈량、술후병발증발생솔화복발솔、술전급술후제3、6、12개월적월경량。결과전절술조환자술후복발솔위7.5%，현저저우괄궁술조적20.0%(P<0.05)；량조환자술전월경량차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)，전절술조술후제3、6、12개월적월경량현저소우괄궁술조(P<0.05)。결론궁강경하전절술여괄궁술치료EP불잉증적림상효과차이무통계학의의，단궁강경하전절술술후복발솔교저，가명현감소술후월경량，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of electricity cut method under hysteroscopy and curettage surgery in the treatment of infertility with endometrial polyps (EP). Methods 80 cases of infertility patients with EP treated in our hospital from February 2012 to April 2013 were selected,and they were divided into electric cut operation group(n=40) and curettage surgery group (n=40) according to their respective treatment will.The hospitalization days,operative time,intraoperative blood loss,the incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate,preoperative and postop-erative 3,6,12 months of menstruation between two groups was compared. Results The postoperative recurrence rate of electric cut operation group(7.5%) was lower than that of curettage surgery group(20.0%)(P<0.05).There was no statisti-cal significance differences between two groups in preoperative menstrual quantity (P>0.05),and the menstrual quantity 3,6,12 months after surgery was lower than that of curettage surgery group (P<0.05). Conclusion There was obvious dif-ference in the clinical effect between the electricity cut method under hysteroscopy and curettage surgery in the treat-ment of infertility with EP,but the recurrence rate of electricity cut method under hysteroscopy was lower,and could re-duce the menstrual quantity,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
