目的：探讨两种内固定方法治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效对比。方法：90例老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者，将其随机分为动力髋螺钉内固定组（对照组）和股骨近端髓内钉内固定组（实验组），每组各45例，比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间与 Harris评分。结果：与对照组相比，观察组平均手术时间、术中平均出血量、平均住院时间均明显缩短，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；而两组 Harris 评分比较发现，其间差异没有统计学意义，P ＞0.05。结论：对于老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者，尽管二者 Harris 评分差异不明显，但股骨近端髓内钉内固定治疗整体疗效明显优于动力髋螺钉内固定治疗法，值得借鉴。

Objective:To investigate the different two internal fixation treatment methods for senile osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures of the clinical effi-cacy of contrast.Methods:90 cases of senile osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture patients.According to the random number method,They were divided into dy-namic hip screw internal fixation (DHS)group(control group)and the proximal femoral intramedullary nail fixation(PFN)group (observation group),45 cases in each group.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,and Harris scores were observed and compared.Results:compared with control group and observation group operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay were significantly shortened,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant, while Harris score less,no statistically significant differences between the groups,P >0.05).Conclusion:The PFN treatment method is relatively good for eld-erly patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures.
