为积极消纳通过外来输电通道馈入的西南大规模清洁能源,并减少电网内部机组的开机容量,上海电网开始步入“强馈入弱开机”的新常态。在电源运行方面,为了使上海电网内部电源能够在高比例外来输电情况下安全可靠运行,并在馈入电源出现波动时能够快速响应,平衡负荷需求,本文主要从提高超临界机组AGC性能、提高涉网机组调频性能以及机组快速减负荷三个方面的关键技术展开研究。

In order to actively consume southwest large-scale clean energy through external power transmission and reduce power grid internal units operation capacities, Shanghai power grid has entered into ‘high-level power import and scale-reduced online’ new normality. As for power operation, in order to maintain safe and stable internal power operation and quick response and balance load demand under the situation of high proportion of external power grid input and power grid feed fluctuation, the article studies key technologies,such as increasing supercritical unit AGC performance, increasing online units frequency adjustment performance and units fast load shedding.
