国际海事组织(IMO)正在制定第二代完整稳性衡准,并计划于2019年开始强制实施。作为海上救助船舶,其稳性应好于其它船舶,论文采用实际运营的3艘海上救助船对最新草案中参数横摇和纯稳性丧失的薄弱性衡进行了验证、分析,结果表明3艘海上救助船都能通过参数横摇和纯稳性丧失薄弱性衡准,具备良好的稳性性能。

Second generation intact stability criteria are under development by International Marine Organization (IMO) and will be executed in 2019. The intact stability of salvage ships should be better than other ships. In this paper, vulnerability criteria for parametric rolling and pure loss of stability of three salvage ships are validated and analyzed. Results show that all the three salvage ships can pass the vulnerability criteria for parametric rolling and pure loss of stability, which means that these ships have good stability performance.
