目的：探讨超声弹性成像比值法与比例法诊断乳腺疾病的临床疗效。方法选取我院就诊的乳腺疾病患者共70例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各35例，对照组入院后采用超声弹性成像比值法诊断，观察组患者在对照组诊断的基础上行联合采用比例法诊断，比较两组患者的诊断效果。结果超声诊断与金标准的诊断结果存在差异，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论超声弹性成像比值法联合比例法诊断，能有效改善患者治疗效果，提高预后质量，获得理想的治疗效果。

목적：탐토초성탄성성상비치법여비례법진단유선질병적림상료효。방법선취아원취진적유선질병환자공70례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조각35례，대조조입원후채용초성탄성성상비치법진단，관찰조환자재대조조진단적기출상행연합채용비례법진단，비교량조환자적진단효과。결과초성진단여금표준적진단결과존재차이，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론초성탄성성상비치법연합비례법진단，능유효개선환자치료효과，제고예후질량，획득이상적치료효과。
Objective To explore the clinical effect on ultrasound elastography ratio method combine with the ratio method in diagnosis of breast diseases. Methods Selected 70 cases with breast disease in our hospital, divided into the observation group and the control group randomly, each group of 35 cases, ultrasound elastography used ratio method as diagnosis, the observation group were combined with ratio method as diagnosis based on the control group diagnosis, compared diagnosis effect on two groups. Results There were difference between the diagnosis of ultrasound in diagnosis of the results with the gold standard, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Ultrasound elastography ratio method combine with proportion method as diagnosis, can improve the treatment effect, prognosis quality, obtain the ideal treatment effectc.
