目的：对比分析MPV、PDW、PLT在老老年MS患者与老老年非MS患者之间的差异。方法比较150例老老年MS患者（MS组）和150例老老年非MS患者（非MS组）之间平均血小板体积（MPV）、血小板分布宽度（PDW）和血小板计数（PLT）的差异，并将代谢综合症患者分为斑块组和非斑块组，比较两组的MPV、PDW、PLT差异。结果MS组患者PDW、MPV水平均高于非MS组，PLT水平低于非MS组，t=32.0859，P=0.0241，差异具有统计学意义。MS斑块组PDW、MPV均高于MS斑块阴性组，同时MS斑块组PLT水平较MS斑块阴性组低，t=2.2795，P=0.0241，差异具有统计学意义。结论老老年MS患者MPV、PDW、PLT与老老年非MS患者相比存在差异，且MS斑块组MPV、PDW、PLT与MS斑块阴性组相比同样也存在差异。
목적：대비분석MPV、PDW、PLT재로노년MS환자여로노년비MS환자지간적차이。방법비교150례로노년MS환자（MS조）화150례로노년비MS환자（비MS조）지간평균혈소판체적（MPV）、혈소판분포관도（PDW）화혈소판계수（PLT）적차이，병장대사종합증환자분위반괴조화비반괴조，비교량조적MPV、PDW、PLT차이。결과MS조환자PDW、MPV수평균고우비MS조，PLT수평저우비MS조，t=32.0859，P=0.0241，차이구유통계학의의。MS반괴조PDW、MPV균고우MS반괴음성조，동시MS반괴조PLT수평교MS반괴음성조저，t=2.2795，P=0.0241，차이구유통계학의의。결론로노년MS환자MPV、PDW、PLT여로노년비MS환자상비존재차이，차MS반괴조MPV、PDW、PLT여MS반괴음성조상비동양야존재차이。
Objective Contrastive analysis of the difference between old metabolic syndrome patients’ MPV, PDW, PLT with non MS group. Methods Compared 150 cases with old MS patients (MS group)and 150 cases old non-MS patients (non MS group) platelet volume (MPV), platelet distribution width (PDW) and platelet count (PLT), divided into patients with metabolic syndrome as plaques group and non plaques group, compared differences with MPV, PDW and PLT result of two groups. Results MS patients PDW, MPV levels were higher than MS group, PLT level was lower than the MS group, t=32.085 9, P=0.024 1, had difference statistically significance. MS PDW, MPV plaque group were higher than that of MS plaque negative groups, at the same time MS plaques group PLT level was lower than MS plaque negative groups, t=2.279 5, P=0.024 1, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Old MS patients with MPV, PDW and PLT exist differences compared with non MS group,MPV and PDW,PLT and MS plaques group compared with MS plaque negative groups also exist differences.
