针对某洁具厂卫生陶瓷的变形问题，对其原有的坯体配方进行了改进，引入了废瓷粉和煤矸石。经过多次调试，优选出新配方。同时对配方中的减水剂进行了适当调整，使泥浆性能更稳定，提高了成坯率。测试表明：坯体的弯曲度由生产配方的37．12 mm 降低到试验配方的34．26 mm。按该配方生产的389AT 柜盆表面变形由生产配方的4～5 mm 降低到试验配方的1．5 mm，新配方既提高了产品质量，又降低了生产成本，并节约能源，达到了预期的目的。

For the deformation problem of a factory's sanitary ceramics,the original body formula was improved by the intro-duction of waste porcelain powder and coal gangue.After several rounds of testing,the new formula is preferred.The wa-ter reducing agent of the company was adjusted,which made the mud property more stable,billet yield increased.Tests show:Curvature of the body reduced from the production of 37.12 mm to test formula of 34.26 mm.The surface deforma-tion of 389AT cabinet basin produced by this formula reduced down to 4~5 mm compared with the production formula's. The new formulation can not only improve the quality of products,but also reduce costs and save energy,which achieved the expected goal.
